Mise En Prep

Mise En Place is a French term that stands for "Putting in place" or "gathering". It is used a lot in my favorite TV Show, "Worst Cooks In America". Prep means to "prepare" something. I decided when I started setting up this blog that the revised term of "Mise En Prep" is more accurate because that is much of the point of this site.. Gathering things to prepare - for meals, for menus, and for life sustaining activities. Come and join me and let's have some fun!
